  • If you do not have Dexpens account, you can register by following a few simple steps:
    1. Go to www.dexpens.com.
    2. Click «Log in» on this page in the upper right corner, then click «Register» and fill out the form.
    3. Click «Register».
    After registration you will need to confirm your email address. We will send you an email to confirm your account. Follow the link in the email, and start using the website.

  • Registration on dexpens.com is free.

  • Go to www.dexpens.com, press «Enter». To login the Dexpens account, use the email address and password you used when registering. Click «Login».

  • To register a new account, click «Login» - «Registration». Enter your first name, last name, email address, password, and password confirmation in the form to register for www.dexpens.com. Then click «Register».
    If you already have an account on Dexpens, you can enter it on the same page. To do this, enter your email address and password you used for registration and press «Enter».

  • If you have any problems logging in to your Dexpens account, try to do the following steps:
    1. Check whether the data that you enter is correct: your e-mail address and password.
    2. Write your password in a Word document and copy it into the password field.
    If the above tips don’t help in solving of the problem, reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the website.

  • Click on avatar in the upper right corner of any page of Dexpens and you'll see two options. Click «Exit».

  • You should remember the e-mail address, to which your account can be linked. Click Login in the upper right corner and enter your e-mail and password. If you don’t remember your password, just enter your e-mail address and click the "Forgot password?" button. If you already registered in the system, you will get a password reset message to the e-mail you entered.

  • To remove information from the browser you used, click on the links listed below:

    Mozila Firefox
    Internet Explorer

  • If you are unable to sign in Dexpens and need to reset your password, go to www.dexpens.com and press «Login.» Click «Forgot your password?» Enter the email address and security code, click «Next» and follow the instructions on the screen.

  • If you know the password used for registration, you can change it in «Settings». Go to «Settings» by clicking on the key left from avatar, choose the first option out of three - «Common Settings». Type the old password, and then - a new and confirm a new password. Click «Save».

  • Check the file format for downloading (JPG, GIF or PNG).
    Check the size of the photo, you can upload files up to 10 MB.

  • According to our rules, you can add up to 8 pictures on the wall per one upload. If you want to add more than 8 pictures, create photo album, and click "Share with Friends" to make these pictures appear on your page.

  • You can create an unlimited number of photo albums in your profile, and add an unlimited number of photos in your photo albums.

  • If you can’t find your city or/and country, please inform the Customer Support here.

  • According to the rules of Dexpens, Administration can warn you from performing any actions that are annoying or offensive from the point of view of other users. If your account is blocked, you can still go on Dexpens, but will not be able to use its functions.

  • Your profile can be blocked from several hours to several days, depending on the situation. When we unlock your profile, please reduce or stop unwanted activity (for example, send fewer messages daily, mark people on the photos only if they are present there, etc.). Otherwise, we will block your account forever. If you don’t agree with the decision of the administration of the website, please contact with us here.

  • If you decide not to use Dexpens and want to delete your account, we will help you. Keep in mind that after removal, you can’t restore your account or receive the information contained in it. If you still want to delete your account, please send us this text "Delete My Account" here.

  • You need to take care of a safety of password so that attackers won’t go into your account. A strong password should contain numbers, lowercase and uppercase letters of the Latin alphabet and consist of 7-15 characters.

  • In the upper right corner choose an image of the car, click on the car and select «Create a new car». You will see a page where you must fill out the information about your vehicle: mark, model, year and other data. Then click «Create». Done!

  • You can create an unlimited number of cars.

  • If you cannot find your car in the list, please write to Customer Support here.
